To build a marketplace - We want to build a marketplace for selling and buying sass startup (to begin with), something similar to microacquire.com. Marketplace will have basic pages like landing, login, signup(seller/buyer) and forgot password. There will be two personas seller and buyer, seller should be able to create startup with info and few metrics, once created it should be added to marketplace, one user should be able to create one startup, created startup will have page where basic info is shown and more info will be visible to premium user after seller accepted request from buyer, only premium user can raise request to premium startup, other user can request only non premium startup, there will be requests page to manage them where seller can approve requests and send messages. Now coming to buyer persona, buyer will have access to listings, buyer can request to startup seller for viewing more info based on his approval buyer can view all info, there will be page to manage the requests for buyer as well. There will be page to upgrade to premium where user can upgrade by paying. This is very high level explanation if required, we can discuss more on next meeting, once finalised.
