hi, sorry I don't have your name, but anyway i am understanding your dilemma. but if you simplify, the choice become simple. one who feels like right, will be right for you. it's as simple as that. no formula. i am a fitness freak myself beside a marketing guy and a mentor to a couple of startups here in India, and i wish to open a cross fitness gym someday. on my very little knowledge about your plans and your conditions, prima facie this is what i can tell you. stay local, when it comes to marketing your gym. and focus on unit economics, ie. profitability. there is a new fitness chain arising in India which is focusing on weightless training, and yet being tremendously popular, and recently raise a huge round of funding. but i am not telling you to chase the funds right away. a big NO. in fact don't chase funds until you start making profit on each of your customers. gymming is a subscription based price model. offer a packaged deal to people. like for 1 month 1000 bucks, but if someone signups for 6 months give it for 4000 bucks only, thus way you will invite more cash flow in your business and will prosper on your own. does it make sense? if it does, then we can talk further. pl advise. also i want to know what exactly you to hire me? for consulting only or to run your marketing campaigns too? will wait.
