Draft up house plans in CAD

Hi, sorry I had to replace the recent project post with this one. DO NOT QUOTE UNLESS YOU HAVE LOOKED AT THE ATTACHMENTS I am after someone with CAD skills to take the hard drawn measurements and floor plan and to create a new floor plan and elevations for the building. Need a N, S, E elevation drawing for the main dwelling and attached bedroom. What is important is this is not for construction. it is documentation of an existing building for council and that means it does not have to be 100% accurate. My measurements may or may not all add up once in CAD, but just use your judgement to move windows or door dimensions to make it work. They are generally OK, but may not be 100% accurate. Note - attached drawings are not to scale. All drafting to be presented in 1:100 scale drawings. The rear of the house with the stairs were tricky to draw up, and so there are a bunch of images included. Basically it is a process of just doing your best to capture the stairs structure. I have not really measured out the deck area that well, so pls just use your judgement base don the information provided. There is no rush on the drawings and happy to have them within 2 weeks. 2D plans only needed, and just produced as PDF documents. Your quote must be a complete lump sum and not just an hourly rate.
