We area construction firm looking to give bids to clients on remodels and need drawings. Often the client is not working with an engineer - or we will bring one on later in the project. This is for schematic use only - full construction plans will be built post bid award. We will start with one or two projects on a per project cost TBD and then if working, hire on a retainer basis. Primarily you will be drawing the following from photographs:

House Plans
Floor Framing Layout
Roof Framing Layout
Foundation Plans
Historic building surveys
Interiors
Power and Communication Diagrams
