English, Spanish VoiceOver artist for scripting and recording a tutorial video

Im looking for a talented english native speaker, with a clear voice for a tutorial "how to install" 6 minutes technical video, this speaker needs to be able to first write the script, according to the regorded non-english native script already recorded and then, record his own voice for a profetional final video. as said, we will suply the video with a non profetional english speeking audio strip we will also attach the voice to the video file at the end the same process needs to be also in Spanish native language. only that this script needs to be translated from the english version.
