We need the following application and prefer if you have already developed it and can retool it. This will be integrated into our newly developed CRM system.
1. Auto Dialer that takes a list of numbers and dials them out. Each contact may have up to 3 numbers associated with it. The system will dial the numbers sequentially.
The dialer will call up to 5 lines simultaneously and may have up to 50 users calling off of the same list.
Single line dialing capacity.
The list shall have a way of prioritizing leads and have a scheduler.
When new leads come into the system, the auto dialer shall call them first. We can have our CRM do this if need be. The CRM rotates leads through 3 buckets and has a scheduler. This tells the agent when to call next. IE: Day 1 - Call 5 mins/ 2 hrs/ 6 hrs/ 10 hrs Day 2 - Call 4 Hrs/ 7 Hrs/ Day 3 DO Not Call Etc.
If an answering machine is reached, then a prerecorded message may be left by the agent without waiting and the next call is engaged once left.
The dialer shall have dispositions of the calls and this moves the lead to another bucket or list. We can integrate with the CRM if need be.
On hold music.
Ability to customize the Caller ID. We want to pull the DID from our DB and populate it so that the call appears to be a local business.
FTC compliancy for dropped calls/DNC lists, etc.
Call out from hard wire or soft headset. We prefer the calls to be originated over copper lines to reduce dead air while connecting agent/customer.
Voice broadcasting ability.
Screen pops with our CRM of caller data.
Show calls that are currently ringing.
3- Way Call
SIP integration support.
Full Reporting by Agent/Campaign etc.
