CK Editor Website integration

Hi, We require a developer to install ck editor on a website cms built in classic asp, here are the requirements. This is a small project which we need completing quickly 1. Install the editor within an admin folder on the site, not on the site route. 2. Admin folder name must be set from a variable in an asp include file on the page where the editor is installed so that we can easily change the location on other installations in future sites 3. We will provide a list of the tools which should appear in the tool bar and you will provide us with instructions on how to edit which tools are displayed. 4. Ability to change width and height of editor through a variable in the include file. 5. Ability to change the editor skin colour using a variable in the include file. 6. CK finder must be integrated and configured so that files can ONLY be uploaded specific graphics folder on the site. 7. CK finder should be configured so that ONLY certain file types can be uploaded , eg images and flash files. 8. Provide us with information on how to change the file types which ar allowed to be uploaded.
