uploaderFieldCount

I'd like to add a field into a program called Uploader that have the following buttons/functions. The buttons are "start" "upload all" , "delete finished" , "Error". The program now named uploader.exe. [login to view URL] uploads records from an underlying Access table "start" button uploads one (1) record per time and "upload all" uploads 1000 records per time. One function that I want is a pull down menu to chose 10 or 100 records per time Uploader uploads data like iddate to iddate (from Access locally to Access on site) and other fields etc so the second function that I want is to add a new field to upload Patient table records from local Access to PatientID to Access on site. I want a 20% of the program to keep in my dispose for possible minor changes at the end of the project. I could supply with code and video of the project. Also I have to specify that I pay for finished work not for time So I don't RELEASE any milestone until coder convince me that Her/He is able to finish according to my expectations
