Sewing Job - Marine Cushion Cover

We are creating a very simple cover - similar to a fitted sheet - being made for specialty boating use. Four - six prototypes are needed for a sales landing page. We will start with 1 prototype of each edging style to perfect it for final prototyping and testing for the presale. We need samples made of a fabric cover with 1’ shirred/ 1” encased elastic edging that fits under the perimeter of a foam cushion to hold the cover in place. The cover dimensions are 23” X 36” for the encased elastic edge sample (to be folded over to create a 1” edge casing for the elastic) and 22” X 35” for the shirred elastic edge sample. The tension needs to be tight enough to hold the edges snugly to the foam core but not so tight that it bunches the core causing it to buckle. The test fabrics will be sent to you for sampling. We will also include a scaled-down cushion to use for testing before creating the full-scale samples. We only have 7 days after you receive the supplies to produce four finished samples. The budget for this project is open for negotiation.
