• Review of drawing and documents to be furnished by Concessionaire along with supporting data etc. • Determine the project facility completion schedule; • Review, inspection and monitoring of construction work, monthly progress (MPR), furnished by concessioner and sent with comments to the Authority and concessioner; • Conducting tests on completion of construction work and issuing Completion certificate as per specification and standard; • To review Annual maintenance program, Monthly statement report furnished by concessionaire and sent its comments there on the Authority and concessionaire; • Supervising, organizing and managing of project preparation w.r.t. construction/ maintenances of project. • Determining, as required under the Agreement, the costs of any works or services and / or their reasonableness; • To review change of scope of different item and their Probable cost, difference in cost and their impact on the entire project, their advantage, disadvantage etc. • Determining as required, under the Agreement, the period or any extension thereof, for performing any duty or obligation; • Assisting the Parties in resolution of disputes. • Undertaking all other Duties and function in accordance with the Agreement.
