Hello there. I have read your job description carefully, you want to make a quick Arduino sketch. You want to make a strip of ws2811 neopixels flash/flicker like an incandescent light bulb that is shorting out using the control of the Arduino. You want to be able to adjust the brightness of the lights within the programming, this will be using the analog output function.
