PHP image editor

We need a PHP developer to finish what has already been started. The brief is as follows: We would like customers to upload jpg, gif (and as many other formats) to our image editor OR choose from a selection of SVG's already on the server. images that are uploaded will need to be resized, the bigger the resizing is the more the price will go up (size dimensions given on request). The customer will then add text wherever they like over the image and be able to change the colour, font, size and line spacing. If a customer chooses an SVG image already on the server they should be able to change the colour of the outline of the SVG. Once the process is complete and the customer clicks next the image they have created (including text) needs to be saved as a CDR file (for Coraldraw), on the next page the following variables need to be available, image location (if stored on the server or database), the price of the image and the dimensions (width and height). Image Magick has been used to get the project started but we have hit a stumbling block and need help finishing it off. The URL of the script can be requested by emailing us.
