One page web site sales letter style for a weight loss company

I need a one page web site like a sales letter for a weight loss company. The web site will be in italian but I will provide the text, so that should not be a problem. Experience with sales letter required, the web site needs to look slick and professional. A web form is required to collect leads and I am open to any other suggestion for this project. Please show samples of work you have done that is relevant which means sales letter style. If you submit a list of unrelated sample of your work, your bid will be ignored, sorry to say it but if somebody does not read the bid, how are they suppose to help in the actual work? High quality is required for this project and a high conversion one page sales letter web site is the final outcome. I would also appreciate help in structuring the sales letter.
