Hi, my name is Eugene Galkin and I`m motion designer from Odessa, Ukraine. I`m not sure I completely understand your issue. What is your occupation? What kind of skills do you need to show in animated resume? Whatever, I have a bunch of ideas. There is one of them. It could be oldschool game style resume. Like Super Mario bros game or another platformer. Some kind of intro, than character settings screen ( here you can specify your skills ) Character moves, collects powerups, kills his enemies and reaching the goals.
