Parsing error response for angular js ng table 2

So I currently have an error message in the following response: Could not delete value- the following must be deleted first: Value1 with ids: [1,1] , Value2 with ids: [1]. I want to parse this error message so that it populates an ng table in a certain format and I can also use the values in the message so the 1s in this case to delete the values associated with the ID.

Hello, I see you're using AngularJS (i.e. Angular 1) judging by "ng-table". Well, you might well be in luck, as I got many years of experience with both Angular/AngularJS. Also, I've been troubleshooting and fixing countless Angular JS issues countless times, not to mention parsing and handling API responses. Heck, I've even had it figured out how to run AngularJS services outside of Angular scope and components. P.S. I am a full-stack developer with 11+ years of experience. My stack is: .NET/C#/PHP/Angular/AngularJS/jQuery/JavaScript/Bootstrap.
