Nano drone

I need a tiny nano or micro drone. It should exactly look like a tiny insect and should hold a night vision tiny camera with network connectivity-wifi/sim. It can be controlled through an android mobile/tablet. It should have minimum battery backup of 4 hours and have a range of 5-8 kms. Also should work on solar , ie, small solar panel should be implemented on top, so that battery will not use at that times. It will be able to move in any terrain - soft or rough surfaces. it can move on a straight way or can ride through a vertical wall of a building. it can take pictures or videos and send to the specified server.
