hi. if your target is put the phone in fastboot mode (because you haven't previously enabled debugging usb) you *hopefully* have only one method: for your soc (kirin 980) this method expects to use a software on windows and this is not for free: you have to pay 20€ for 3 days licence. moreover you need hardware skill for disassembling your device. due to the fact that *you* have to do the work (this method can't be applied remotely) i set a cheap milestone to suggest you the software, the method and a video guide. you pay for the rest only if you reach your goal. regards.
