For second feature. (Adjust bitrate) - Able to adjust bitrate manually on m3u8 video source. - Able to adjust bitrate automatically on m3u8 video source due to network condition - Work with both iOS and Android. Good code quality and API (Able to pass PR to the official Flutter repo).
