The requirement is for an Android Tablet app to run ads with custom interfaces. This app would be sideloaded to Company's tablet and does not need to be approved by the App store. The Android tablets would range from 7 inches to 13 inches in screen size The App needs to launch as soon as the tablet is switched on. The display should provide a split screen with one view of text and the second of a video loop The app should lock the screen for any other apps to launch.
