I'm looking for business partners to rebrand the local television/studio I own and run and open an American Restaurant in Romania (*there's no American steakhouse in the Eastern Region!)

I currently own and run a local television and I envision rebranding and rethinking the whole concept in order to grow my business. I'm looking for partners outside Romania that are willing to invest and share profits. I also intend to connect the tv station with the idea of live broadcasting from an American Restaurant I plan to open in the Eastern Region, so that both businesses will go hand in hand and attract a constant cashflow due to permanent clients, artist contribution, entering tickets to night shows etc. We will only serve American traditional dishes and country-like meals (beef, steak, barbeque ribs (all seasoned, of course, with your secret ingredients), American pies and pancakes, American drinks etc, there is no such thing here in this area, most businessmen focused on traditional Romanian kitchen but since I’m a huge fan of the American lifestyle and cuisine, I find that this is simply perfect for the Eastern region of Romania. My future partner/associate should be able to bring in funds in order to open the American restaurant and cover the business costs together and also to have a vision on how to sell more and build up profitable revenues.
