We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who wants a long-term career.... someone who is VERY EXPERIENCED in accounting/bookkeeping yet excited to grow their knowledge to the next level within the field of Property Management.... someone who is very competent in using all aspects of their computer and enjoys solving both technical and analytical bookkeeping problems. (Experience with Appfolio or Buildium Software is a bonus, but NOT required.) We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and is willing to regularly talk directly to clients and develop strong, friendly relationships with them. You must be a people-person! We are looking for candidates that think outside the box. This is not a data entry job. This is a position where you make decisions based upon your relationship with your assigned clients and work through analytical issues. This is a fun job because you will be developing relationships, helping others, communicating regularly with your clients and other bookkeepers on your team, learning new processes, and sharing knowledge. If you are serious about committing to a long-term position, working full-time (40+ hours/week), you are who we are looking for!

By the way, may I know what will be the system to be used, is there any training? Though I don't have any experienced with Appfolio or Buildium Software, i previously used SAP B1, Citrix - Sun System. I can easily learn and adopt on a new system since I am a fast learner. Experienced In QB Package. At the beginning prepare the chart of accounts in QB relevant to your company. If already prepared the chart of accounts, data entry need to be started. Different types of transaction entering methods in QB as "Write Checks" , " Make Deposits", " Create Invoices" , "Receive Payments against Invoices" " Create Receipts", " Enter Bills" , " Vendor Payments" . " General Journal Entries" etc. Using these methods transactions need to be entered. Monthly bank reconciliation is done through QB using the company's bank statement. After entering all transactions and accrued transactions using the above methods. Reports can be generated in QB like Monthly P&L , Balance Sheet , Cash Flow etc.
