We are a registered USA owned company in Hong Kong. We are doing a reorganization and changing CPA. For the next year we would like hire an individual to act as "Company Secretary" to meet requirements of the HK Companies Ordinance. According to HK law, this must be resident of Hong Kong and we are not residents. Our company is very legitimate owned by USA medical doctors. You would help us prepare and keep record of simple filings of shareholders and resolutions at the government. Anything complicated we would hire an local CPA or Attorney to assist you.
