With more than 10 years of experience in chemical process industry I am very well familiar with processes and technology (also hazard situations that may occur in every phase of production). As Head of environmental protection dept., I am leading ecology projects of water clarification; first in laboratory and then after evaluating lab results comes plant testing of chemicals and sludge as well. Also, i supervise storage facilities for various chemicals and waste materials with different physical state, providing that all regulations of occupational safety and environmental protection are in compliance. Trough my work in industry I implemented ISO 14001 system and establish safety working procedures for workers who work with various chemicals and auxiliary materials that are used in production and/or processing of byproducts and waste. This gave me also opportunity to implement human factor in working procedures and have overall insight in problematic of occupational and environmental safety, taking into account education and skills of workers involved in process.
