We are a Melbourne based solar energy company recruiting for motivated individuals and call centres that have proven successful telemarketing experience to carry out appointment setting for our sales team. Job Task • To cold call residential home owners , qualify them based on our set criteria, and create a time for a follow up call rot be actioned by our sales team. • Dial the numbers via our cloud based dialler , or your own dialler or telephone • Record the lead and send to us along with customer contact details and requested qualification criteria. Flexible working hours Telemarketers can call between: 9:00 am and 8:00 pm Monday to Friday, Australia Eastern Standard Time 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Saturday, Australia Eastern Standard Time Remuneration Hourly Rates + Commission paid per qualified lead generated along with bonuses paid for exceeding achievable appointment targets and lead quality. The ideal candidate will have solar appointment setting experience, and be able to speak a high level of english.
