Hello, I have posted this project before but failed to choose a winner because of a bidder who sometimes bid under the username of "artistix". I have found out that he has tons of usernames and uses them to place multiple bid on a single project in order to increase his chance to win projects. Meaning, 70% to 80% bid placed on this board comes from a single dishonest bidder. I am hoping that he doesn't bid on my project.
