This is a small project, couple of hours work for the right guy. We need a PHP application to create a pdf dynamically on the fly when a form is submitted, it should take the form post variables. we dont need form or any other development. we just want the php scripts which puts variables and generates the pdf. The PDF width has to be 11 inches and 8.5 inches in height. Look at the attached file, that is the template which i need to convert it to pdf. Look at the quality of image. PDF should reflect that. The fonts used are crimson text and lovelo black. Thanks for bidding.. Good luck

I can do this, please check online demo at: [login to view URL] If you need to add custom text you just call the script with this variables cert date name For example the certificate number 1234, with date 2014-01-01 and name This is the name, will be this [login to view URL] To do this in one day I need the fonts in a standard format to code it into the pdf library also the background without any variable text in it. For testing pourpouses the background file have been downsize, that is the reason of poor quality of the final pdf. Any questions please ask. Best regards

Yes, off course there is dinamyc input wheter from input text box from your form., or from database, or somtehing like date of today.
