256402 Website Calculator Script

URGENT URGENT URGENT!! - SCRIPT NEEDED TODAY! I am looking for someone to create a calculator script for my website. WHAT SHOULD THE CALCULATOR DO? The website visitor will be invited to use the calcultor to see how much cash they can earn... EG: Website visitor is asked: "For £14 per hotdog, how many hotdogs would you cook per day?" Lets say that the visitor enters "3" they then hit the submit button, which should be named "See Results" The visitor is then redirected to another page where the results will be displayed followed by additional content. I hope this makes sense, please contact me for more info if needed. I would prefer the script to be delivered in an easy to install format. IE: I should be able to copy/paste and or upload the relevant files myself and also be able to make minor edits to the text and or button.
