422658 Bulk Image Resizer

im looking for a Bulk Image Resizer which will have the following features. 1. Be able to set a fixed width/height and resize bulk images 2. Be able to set a fixed width OR Height(pls note the OR here) and resize the bulk images. in this case if we fix the width size, the height will automatically resize bulk images proportionately. 3. Be able to set a max width OR height size. So if an image size is more than the max size, it wil conduct the resizing operation. but if its below that size, then it will ignore. (please note the OR here) 4. Provide a Crop area with a fixed width/Height area. and on saving, it will save that image in that size by cropping the rest. 5. (please note the OR here) For point 4 and 5 it is for single images only, not bulk. Rest of the points 1,2,3 is for bulk images. I need this in .net (no JAVA please)
