Need appointment scheduler website/app for registered/unregistered users of website. A registered user will post calendar availability publicly and registered or unregistered user can search for it (location based search within X miles from Y zip code area), view it and block the time on calendar. Unregistered users can also publish the calendar and registered users can find them based on location criteria or keyword criteria. Should be Web Service oriented website. Mobile location tracking/notification in between appointed party would be great to have. There are few similar websites available e.g. [login to view URL] or [login to view URL]
