The attached credit card payment page needs two fields validated:
1) The field "bill_tel" needs to return an error if the field (i) begins with a zero or (ii)contains any non-numeric characters (such as A-Z, -,+, space, etc.) The error message for (i) would be "Please enter in International Format, for example a UK mobile phone number would look like 447070123456)". The error message for (ii) would be "Please only enter numbers in this field"
2) An extra email field needs to be created, to be displayed immediately under the current email field and the user must enter their email address twice: once in the current ("bill_email") field and once in the new field. The contents are then compared to make sure they are the same. This is to prevent people mistyping their email address and not noticing it. This new field will NOT be sent to the payment processor - it is purely for checking against bill_email.
