Excel Entry sheet

I have two spreadsheets in microsoft excel that I need help with a couple of issues on. this is a data recording tool, with a macro to assist with showing trends over time. It is probably just a matter of changing some formulas in the sheet, but I don't have time to go through the sheet and figure out the issue. we have four major sheets that we work from. data input, individual scores, team scores and the results tab. IN THE FIRST SHEET ONLY - - when data is entered into the data input tab, when the same data is reviewed in the individual sheet, it shows a different score to that which was recorded initially. e.g if data is entered which shows 91.46% on the markup, when the macro is run, it records in the individual’s records as 88.07%. IN BOTH SHEETS -The data input sheet allows for a n/a score to be chosen, however if a n/a score is chosen, then the individual tab shows a blank for this score. The current sheet runs with a macro, which, although it allows N/a as a selection, an n/a score results as a blank for this criteria in both the team spreadsheet and the individual’s spreadsheet. If all results have been recorded as n/a, this should show as n/a, not just a blank cell. It should display an average of all the results for that month in the team spreadsheet, however at this point, if any data has been recorded as a blank or as an n/a, it shows the average as a blank cell.
