Step -1 Customer applies for a product in Bank. Step -2 Bank forwards KYC / due diligence details in digital format to FTDC (Fast Track Debt Collection Co LLC). Step-3 FTDC forwards the details through its SECURED SERVER to one of its Field Verification Executives who receives the call request on his TABLET. Step-4 FTDC Executive completes the Verification process, takes location photographs with time stamp and submits the Information through the App running on his TABLET back to the SERVER. Step-5 FTDC Manager reviews / verifies the Information and prepares a digital report and sends it to the respective Bank the same.
