Work on ASP Website

I've had recently bad experiences with sloppy developers who have caused problems in my site. by fixing one thing and damaging another. All work has to be done on copies of the templates and introduce them only after being approved by me. I send specific instructions to be followed without additions. I place the full amount of the agreed price for the project in an escrow account, after we have fulfilled 25% of the project, to make sure we are communicating on same footing. Project: Work on ASP Website 1-At the default page, change the login and registration box by putting in a banner I already have with the same links, that is same width but lower in height. 2-Move the search links to the right of the blue bar menu in the three templates with a pink top box. 3-In the default page line up the subcategories in one line under the title and activate them as links. 4-To turn the background to white on the remaining templates that need it. 5-to activate the feature that allows the particular category to have a different charge than the set base charge. 6-To rearrange the Prize Winner's front page in order to have a wider Prize Win Rules, turning the box's background white. [login to view URL] 7-To make a new template, similar to the Prize Winner's template,( [login to view URL] ) but using different sizes to accept 4 banners 300 X 250 Pix, and set it up with a link for users to access it. 8-To set up the text in all working templates that need it (some don't) to have a space margin around it. 12-To finish the set up of the FORUM installed, [login to view URL] , adding a user's access button at the Default page
