HTML email ad campaign template

Need help to produce an HTML-template for email ads. I have some example ads that can serv as source of inspiration to get an idea what I want but the style and "look-and-feel" must aligned with our corporate brand profile (branding guide exist). The email ads will be sent out via Got! [login to view URL] and should be light and optimized not to be caught in customers spam-filters (we only send to customers of ours and opt-in users but many have installed spamfilters that stop badly coded newsletters). Text should be easy to add for us later (in Swedish) and the template should be resusable for different email campaigns. We generally use MX Dreamweaver for webpages and design.
