I am looking for someone who can design a fully functioning flying fish lure. This would be towed behind a boat at slower speeds. The lure would have to mimic the actions of a flying fish. So it would dive down for a few seconds and then come back up out of the water, and fly behind the boat for a few seconds then back down. I would like this to be 3d printed.
