The product will roll out simultaneously on Web, iOS and Android, and must serve three clear roles—Admin, Trainer and Member—right from day one. Your primary focus is to turn high-level feature ideas into crystal-clear user stories with acceptance criteria, keep them moving through design and development, and then verify the finished work.
