  yes Ntsika K, you are so right. Although the requirement is a single index.html, it is OK to have some png to be served as well. My main concern is to have one single file with a clear format, such I can edit the content using a notepad, and not so crazy auto-generated web file format. So answering your question: yes you can have png pictures attached together the index.html file.

  Many of the entries feature screenshots. Presumably those images would need to be accompany the index.html file. Am I right in concluding that the requirement is strictly just an index.html file and no other supplementary resources to be placed on the local server?

  Dear all, the app has no name, or just call it "Material Data Templates". It would be nice to have colors that match the app. Please don't use price tables, we are not trying to sell anything. Think about a web site with a scientific database for the use of scientists and software developers.

  Dear Md Zakaria H. , This is a free-to-use app where engineers and scientists can add and download forms for material properties. This app can be used by a regular professional who wants to fill data and download as PDF. Or it can be used by any web developers to build scientific apps, since the forms can be download as an Angular formly JSON and employed in a front-end. What is great here, besides the interface to makes the forms, is the possibility of ascribing physical units (m, cm, K, Volt, anything) to the quantities. The is information is saved as a metadata when the data is saved. I would like the landing page encourage people also to add new templates. For this reason, having a good English skills is essential for this task. Thanks.
