The feedlot is the development of carcass and weight gain programme of livestock particularly in cattle and calves few weeks before the slaughtering in order to gain maximum meat production in the form of beef and mutton(1)4. This goal is achieved by providing diet having high energy/protein contents such as concentrates, by better management and by epidemiological and medicinal approach towards non-infected and infected animals respectively(1)4.

Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) is the commonest cause of osteomyelitis, skin abscesses, diabetic foot infections, otitis, urinary tract infections, mastitis in buffalo, wound infections, skin infections, endocarditis as it is highly flexible, resistant (MRSA). The aim of this study was to evaluate the role of an alternative therapy in the form of phage therapy and further investigation to check whether this is feasible for treatment or not (Lungren et al., 2013, Chhibber et al., 2013).
