Roles & Responsibilities: • Managing support functions like Virtualization portfolio covering VMware & Hyper-v, Web Collaboration, Microsoft Azure, Enterprise ERP Systems, ISA/Proxy, Work Force Management, Service Excellence Office and Data Analysis Teams. • Develop employees and their skill sets to expand the team capabilities and provide growth opportunities for future leaders. • Established as the Process Expert by gaining the necessary knowledge and expertise of the process. Act as a Subject Matter Expert to the team for escalations. • Established as a Quality Champion of the business and take active part in the Service Quality adherence. • Work closely with the Six Sigma Quality Managers for Process Quality SLAs and Process Optimization. Exposure to Quality tools is preferable. • Work closely & actively with support Services like HR, IT, Admin & Facilities to align operational objectives and goals. • Responsible for enforcing the Information/Physical Security Policies and Procedures. • Study the existing Cloud Services like processes, best practices and standardize the service offerings, strengthen and improve the maturity levels and make a strong practice on MS Azure • Give inputs to standardize the Sales kit for Cloud offerings including proposals, presentations via Client Visits, Adobe & WebEx & templates also Ensuing ISO/ITIL process compliance and handle the audits Business Impact: • Heading virtualization portfolio, Microsoft Azure Cloud & Managing Web collaboration across the Enterprise • Global Change Manager handling Systems and Virtualization vertical handling more than 13 countries Change • Robust delivery results acknowledged by CXO Leadership. • Zero surprise culture by reporting automation and practicing candor. • Lead Global IT initiatives in areas such as emergency response, improved security, technology rollouts and office expansions • Project Manager for Server Vertical, Building statistical models, budget to predict, and measure business impact. Communicate learning that drive business growth. • Providing critical recommendations for fellow Managers Especially on Governance, RISK and Compliance • Professional Certifications & Trainings for associate’s in-turn motivating them. IT Strategy and Practice development: • Providing strategic advice to IT and Business Leader • Facilitating the IT Strategy development and planning process. • Evaluating the Current Business and IT Environments to identify requirements, vulnerabilities and opportunities • Demonstrating the knowledge of market and industry trends and challenges • Providing insight and options for value creation, cost reduction, innovation and breakthrough solutions to complex problems • Translating strategy into a robust execution roadmap that encompasses funding options, capability planning, IT organization structure and governance • Developing and managing strong relationship with client at all levels • Supporting the development of methodologies and tolls to support delivery • Contributing to the development of the IT strategy Offerings • Providing business development support and identifying opportunities for downstream engagement • Preparing proposal and statement of work (SOW) for client engagements • Portfolio Management o Creating a proposal, projects ,assets, scenario comparisons o Creating staffing profiles, project issues, risks and scope change
