Redesign and automate Rynkel.com

Transwebsolution is managed by a conman and pathological liar named transwebsolution. This guy is soft spoken but cunning like a true scam artist. We negotiated a price with terms and condition and specially support of 90 days after going live. He completely denied to provide any support of his poor work. Things are already falling apart after going live for 3 days. After the website was built and moved to our server it took 40-50 secs to load each page and he deliberately misled us by saying that it is hardware issue and needs dedicated server with 4 GB RAM. Using a third party, we found out that it was a query that they wrote caused the issue. He refused to fix it first and deliberately lied saying it was a hardware issue. The day we went live it took more than 48 hours took fix issues that caused major issues and he did not communicate to let us know that issues were fixed. This pathological liar wouldn't answer our questions and deliberately creating a situation to pay for the support.

The project took more than twice as long as predicted, but it was eventually completed at a high level. I'm very happy and will hire again.

A.The project was delayed significantly. They could not hold intermediate deadlines for the project. Of an 18 page website layout, we received only 3 pages by the 24th day of a 30 day project deadline. The provided progress pages were poor. They did not have the skill or expertise to accomplish the project. B.We gave multiple warnings that went ignored. They gave many excuses during the project. They then made blind accusations & blamed us for their inability to deliver within the deadline. C.The milestone was for a 50% completion of a website that was true to the original design as per our own provided files and with complete Expression Engine functionality. They did not complete a single webpage according to the requirements as agreed upon prior to the awarding for the first milestone, but felt they were entitled to the full milestone amount. D.We wasted a significant amount of time and financial resources working with TransWebSolutions, and have nothing to show for it.
