My starting rate is $10 Here are the few things that I do/used in my years working for diff realtors/realtor companies: • SALES: Circle-dialling Open Houses, Expired Listings, Just Listed/Just Sold, Nurturing Leads & Following-Up, Setting Appointments, Updating Trackers & calendars, Sending EOD Reports. • ADMINISTRATIVE: Lead Generation, Processing & Management, Sending Confirmation and Welcome Emails, Answering Inbound Calls, Returning Missed Calls, Filling of Signed Buyer/Seller Rep Agreements, DocuSign Seller’s to-do-list, Creating Slide Presentations and After-Sale Action Plan. • MARKETING: Creating Open House Flyers and Posters, Market Update, Best Buy List for Investors/Flippers, Creating Blog Post Articles based on HBR’s Monthly Report, Creating Mail Chimp Marketing Emails, Monitoring Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and All Social Media Platforms. I usually do cold calling (the client provides the numbers: cold leads/warm leads depend on the client) And call them to ask if they are interested in buying or selling their property I have a Databank for cold/warm leads in a few states in the US (open for selling) My position: Remote Freelance Real Estate Associate, Customer Service Representative, Team Leader, Advertising Associate. Every time I'm in work mode I always get lost in time, I never end the day not finishing what needs to be done, not unless I'm satisfied. I'm not your typical workaholic but I work smart and efficiently. I hate wasting time because time is precious.
