I am exceptionally well qualified and have good understanding of development work . I have over 15 years of experience in children , women and in other humanitarian settings in all aspects of programming and the project management cycle. I have worked with both the Government , National/ International NGOs and a UN agency. I have high capacity for organization and coordination of programmes and project activities. I have considerable experience in community participatory methodologies in needs assessment , project planning , implementation and project monitoring and evaluation. I am a team player with vast experience in working in large teams and able to work in difficult circumstance .I have excellent skills in collaboration and very effective in building working relationships. I have very good analytical and negotiation skills as well as wide experience in partnership , resource mobilization and donor engagement. I have excellent facilitation and presentation skills and a part-time university lecturer.
