I've been in the call center industry for more than 6 years. My first call center was with KGB Philippines. I've worked there as a Directory Inquiry Representative from January 2010 until May 2014. As a representative, I am providing business and residential numbers to more than 300 callers all over the UK every day. We also provide enhanced services like driving directions, cinema times, train times, offers, and ask us anything. During my stay, I became part of their Callback Team. It's a project wherein we call our customers back to ensure that the number that they've called us for was able to help them. And if not, we will give them our merchant's number to assist them with their concerns. I've been always included in the Top Agents list and Consistency Bonus Recipients. Since our account was about to close, I transferred to Iqor Phils. last June 2015. I worked there as a Customer Service Representative under Sprint which is a telecommunications company in the US. I was trained to handle customers' concern such as general care, billing issues, plan optimization, basic troubleshooting. It's actually a first-party collection under their finance department. I have always been asked to assist newbies during their nesting. I also became part of the Retention Department. I temporarily stayed at home for almost a year to take care of my kids since we also need to transfer house. I went back to Iqor and was assigned to their TMobile GenCare Postpaid account. I handled customer's concerns with their bill, basic troubleshooting, adding an additional line, and mobility. I got transferred to their Direct TV account around March of 2018. I was trained to handle customer's concerns regarding their subscription such as plan optimization, adding and removing premium channels, bill disputes, etc. Direct TV became part of AT&T so we also always offer customers to tie up and open an account with AT&T so that they can take advantage of the promotions available every now and then. August of 2018, I decided to stay at home and now hoping to land a long term career in home-based freelancing.
