I was born in a family with a strong perception in the importance of the education. I have always been very interested to explore people's interaction in the world and also gained hands on experiences of supervision and management by engaging me in various institutional work responsibilities as well as in social [login to view URL] engaging with many people of different background I have learned how to pursue myself in better development of my country. They have showed me a motto "Development of you at first". I am continuing my service as an expert of Corporate Social Responsibility, Compliance and sustainability.Within the background of joining in this specialization was to improve the level of expertise of sustainability and corporate social responsibility and develop my company as a role model for others. With strong specialization of MBA in Human Resource Management and BBA majoring in Management Studies, I fulfilled the requirement of University degree from University of Dhaka. I have also completed professional diploma of PGDHRM (Post Graduate Diploma of Human Resource Management) from Bangladesh Institute of Management for strengthening my practical knowledge. The Scholarship of EMMA awarded by European Commission has proved my academic and Extra-Curricular excellence. I want to develop myself as a member of Knowledge Based Society. I had availed an opportunity of contributing my project work and for that reason I traveled more than 17 countries of EU zone, which has strengthen my international experience of multi-dimensional trendz & knowledge matching with the practicality.
