General manager, Sales, Support
I have about 3 years in sales, support and being a manager of a online script site X10Media. I started to work with the old owner Kip for awhile until he trusted me to run the site fully while he was working on other projects. Since his other projects where taking off he decided to sell the site. I worked with the new owner about a month or so teaching him everything he needed to know about running the site with the support and sales system while at the same time running the site myself while he learned. I worked in all departments there I nearly did every single script install we had. The customers that I interacted with always left happy saying I did a great job and was fast. All support tickets I answered under 24 hours there where a few that took longer as needed more client info. I have left X10Media after i felt it was in good hands with the new owner knowing he knows what to do.
Me concernant

I work with web development including Wordpress and other scripts, Xcode making iPhone/iPad Apps I also offer APNS for those who dont know what that is its the Apple Push Notification Service to send out messages in App to all users who have your app installed when ever you want. I also do alot more contact me to see if i can do it and we will work something out.
