the provider want to be paied upfront!!!! hope gaf can clean this site from this kind of people

I had a problem with this provider. I will try to be objective so I will state only the facts. First I want to make clear that the project was not even started so it's not a big deal, by common agreement we decided not to proceed, no dispute open with profsite. I asked 30 incoming links, the cheapest bid was from profsite for 49$. Profsite then proposed a more in depth SEO work and I replied that for now we wanted to stick to the original plan and I selected him as winner. After that i received a proposal for SEO packages ranging from $99 to $849 which left me surprised, so I asked if he was cheating. The answer was: "I am not cheating, that price was for our starter package not for 30 links. 30 PR0+ links will cost you $80 within 10 days" At this point I asked him to abide to the bid that he originally made or end communication. The answer was: "That bid was a place holder to discuss more in PMB and we were talking about SEO..."

This is my second project with Manish and he and his team have done a great job once again....professional and timely service. Thanks Guys!
