To be a registered civil engineer in the Philippines, one must pass a Professional Regulatory Board (PRC) Board Examination. Civil Engineer: Rank 6 (Rating of 95.80%) out of 12,447 takers. To be an accredited materials engineer in the Philippines, one must pass an Examination conducted by Department of Public Works and Highways. Materials Engineer: Rank 2 (Rating of 89.0%) out of 1000+ takers. Right now I am doing masters degree in structural engineering (a specialized field of civil engineering)
