Need Writers for long term work -- 2

Late work. Copied. Poor and abusive behavior. He did not communicate with me about the delay, and came back many hours late. However, as it was his first task with me, I reviewed his work. It had copy hits. 17% of the work appeared in copy. I rewrote that part. When I checked the rest of the document, he had used someone else's work, by changing words with their synonyms here and there. The content thus made no sense. When I pointed this out, he started guiding me about how I was a poor team leader and I did not understand his emergency due to which he delayed (and copied, and produced spin off) of the article. When I pointed it out that he has not performed well, and he should not defend the lousy work he had done, he found an old client's negative feedback, shared it in the chat and behaved very poorly. He cant be taught. I do not see him improving due to his attitude. I wouldnt have left a feedback his abusive behavior made me do it.
