Hi, Im Maria Czarina N. Borja, 26 years old, a Registered Nurse. I studied my Primary education at Colegio de Sta Isabel (1993-1999), Secondary level at Universidad de Sta Isabel (1999-2003), and Tertiary education at Universidad de Sta Isabel (2003-2007). I worked as a Customer Service Representative for 31/2 years at Sutherland Global Services, my responsibilities as an associate are as follows: assit customer in purchasing products, troubleshoot products and services, provide customer with product and service information. This is my first time to apply for an online job since i was exposed to the call center or BPO industry. I firmly believed that i have the attributes to become one because I have the special skills and qualifications to certify in the said position.
