I've been in the customer service field and e-commerce for more than a decade now.
I have experience in handling escalated calls, emails, and chats. I also have experienced being a virtual customer service at Amazon where I was able to learn how to use Amazon Seller Central, contact customers for their feedback (using FeedbackGenius or Feedback Five), process refunds, create promotions, and do drop shipments through seller central, track them, answering emails using Zendesk and also working on the product listing. I also know how to file cases and upload listings on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Faire, Kroger, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms. I can do flat files if needed as well. I'm a fast learner person, can multitask.
I'm highly motivated to grow professionally constantly. I consider myself responsible, a team player, and punctual especially meeting my deadlines. I'll accept all the challenges or jobs the company assign me with an interpersonal relationship. I also have an ability to work under high pressure, so as to solve problems efficiently and achieve goals set by the company.
